OUR PRINCIPAL
A History
Originally hailing from southern California, Jeremy Anderson made his way to Central Florida as a young man looking to improve his tennis game at one of the elite junior tennis programs in Florida. After making his mark on the tennis courts, Jeremy stayed in Florida but migrated back to the beach, where he continued to surf and follow his passion in construction and structures, before completing his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as a member of the prestigious Engineering Honor Society, Tau Beta Pi. While working on his studies at the University of Central Florida, Jeremy continued working as lead carpenter, and accumulated construction experience on over 100 residential and commercial projects by the time he was just 25 years of age.
Following college, Mr. Anderson began his work experience in civil engineering as lead point of contact for national commercial clients, while being responsible for his team with 40 or more projects in all phases of the development processes. While doing so, Mr. Anderson furthered his expertise in stormwater management and became an expert in strategies to address challenges with phosphorus and nitrogen load considerations, impaired water bodies, wetland impacts and compensating floodplain storage, bioretention stormwater treatment solutions, underground storm systems and more. He also became further accomplished in offsite road improvements, utility extensions and lift station design, and he is an expert in site plan design having developed countless conceptual site plans for his clients.
Mr. Anderson has enjoyed the title of Vice President of Development for one of Central Florida’s premier developers where he furthered his experience as leader in strategy and goals for the successful development of real estate for national retailers and restaurants such as, Tractor Supply Company, Dollar General Corporation, Wendy’s, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, AutoZone, and others. During this time, Jeremy enhanced his communication skills by developing and communicating effectively company strategy, he continued his lead role in public presentations to Planning Boards and City/County Commissions, and progressed his excellent verbal and written communication skills with his strong ability to relate to people.
Jeremy’s unique problem solving and construction experience have helped lay the building blocks for the engineer and project leader that he has become today. With over 20 years of construction experience, and 13 years devoted to land development and civil engineering, Jeremy’s work experience, problem solving ability, and professionalism are totally unique and an important asset to his clients.
